As an admin healthhackers were the bane of my existence, but in one fell swoop they were gone. But on CSS it was changed to what you hit on screen is what you damaged, and health was handled server side, not client. You see, on other servers you have the traditional laggy shooting system - you shoot at a certain spot, the data goes to the server, then to the other player's client, sees if it hits, back to the server to count damage. The best one for me (and I'm probably still one of the top scorers) was CSS once the guy who ran it did something clever with the code. I played SAMP for something like three years incessantly, and still go back every so often.
